The film contains a 90-minute kundalini yoga class with safe and beneficial exercises you can practice throughout your pregnancy. The yoga exercises are designed for pregnant women and are intended to support, maintain and build a strong and supple body while respecting your changing pregnant body.

During pregnancy, it is not only our body that goes through major changes, but also the woman's mind and nervous system. Therefore, this video also devotes a lot of time to meditation, positive affirmations, and uplifting sound vibrations through beautiful live music played by professional musicians; Trond and Linda from Radical Devotion and bansuri flutist Tal Coleman.

You don't need any prior knowledge of yoga to follow along with this video.

Teacher Salila Gyanjot is herself 8 months pregnant during the filming of the movie and is joined by her talented colleague and pregnant yoga teacher Cecilie Samrita Aune (Sadhana Gopal) to demonstrate the exercises. Salila has put together a program she herself has practiced throughout her second pregnancy and created a pure tribute to the woman's own creative power and the magic of going through a pregnancy!
