CANCELLATION OF ENROLLED CLASSES MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 120 MINUTES BEFORE START-UP, THIS APPLIES TO ALL CLASSES AND MEMBERSHIPS.

NO-SHOW FEE of 200,- NOK applies if canceled within 3 hours before the start of the show.

If you attend a class and forget to check in on arrival and this fee is charged in error, please contact us at info@northernlightyoga.no as soon as possible so that we can fix the error.

*Drop-in: you can unsubscribe from a class you have signed up for 180 minutes before the class has started. The drop-in payment can therefore be used for another class as long as the deregistration/registration takes place 1 hour before the class starts.

*Intro offer: Intro offer is for new members of Northern Light Yoga only. You can practice as much as you want for 10 consecutive days. The Intro Offer is activated from the first class you sign up for and for 10 consecutive days. You cannot get a refund or postpone your Intro offer in case of injury or illness.

*10-clip card: Your voucher is valid for 12 months and is a digital voucher that is linked to your personal account in our registration system. You cannot give your voucher to anyone else. The voucher cannot be frozen during vacation or refunded in the event of illness.

* All inclusive Membership /Monthly subscription without commitment

• Automatically deducted once a month. Train as much as you want.

• No commitment, cancel at any time.

• In case of vacation or illness, the subscription can be frozen.

• Access to all classes, Online Classes, Video Archive, Discounts on workshops and events.

* All inclusive Membership 12 Month subscription with binding

• Automatically deducted once a month. Train as much as you want.

• 12 months commitment. Automatically extends after 12 months for another year if not terminated before that.

• In the event of vacation or illness, the subscription can be frozen for up to 8 weeks.

• Access to all Hours, Online Hours, Video Archive, Discounts on Workshops and events.

*Binding courses (Single course, Pregnancy yoga, Barely yoga, Barney yoga)

• If you cancel a registered course within 14 days of registration and before the start of the course, the full course amount will be refunded minus a NOK 100,- administration fee to your account with us. 100,- in administration fees to your account with us to be able to switch to another course or save for later.

• For card refunds, the administration fee is NOK 200.

• If you cancel a course within 14 days of enrollment but after the course has started, no money will be refunded but you can switch to another course on the schedule in the same time period, only with the cost of the difference if the new course is more expensive.

*In case of illness: if you are ill and present a medical certificate at reception, you can make up the remaining times of the course on a later course that is not full.

*Workshops/Special events

• When canceling from workshops/special events, the cancellation must be made no later than 3 days before the start of the course in order to receive a refund of the course fee minus NOK 200,- administration fee. 200,- in administration fee.

• We do not refund course fees for any reason if the cancellation occurs after the course has started.

NORTHERN LIGHT YOGA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES

Northern Light Yoga is not responsible for your physical or mental health when you attend courses with us or use techniques you have learned in courses with us.

When you sign up for a course with us, you accept that you are responsible for your own body and mind, and you agree that you cannot sue Northern Light Yoga or any of Northern Light Yoga's teachers for injuries you incur on the course, or on the way in or out of the course room, or injuries you get when practicing what you have learned on your own. Northern Light Yoga is not responsible for your belongings while you are on the course and has no obligation to replace any belongings lost in connection with your participation in the course.

Northern Light Yoga is not responsible for goods that are damaged in shipping.
