Meet our therapists and healers

  • Ann Christin Fossum

Ann Christin is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher at Kundalini Yoga School from 2014 and is currently a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer in training. She is an intuitive vibrational and energy worker and certified in Reiki 1 and 2 and as a Sound Therapist.

As a therapist and healer, Ann Christin holds space for the individual to find their way home within themselves and restore their natural rhythm and vibration, their original state. Her one-to-one sessions are characterized by presence, calm, safety and care. She intuitively follows the energy of the individual and guides the process of harmonizing the client's energy flow and resolving blockages so that a natural state of balance and wholeness can be restored.

  • Ina K Winter Andersen

Ina is a natural healing facilitator, working on bridging science and spirituality with an aim to experience life from a more connected place, and to access our own innate ability to naturally heal.

Ina is a trained energy healer, Reiki Master and teacher, breathwork facilitator and a kundalini yoga and meditation teacher, but her most important training has proven to be her own personal experience and healing journey.

The tools she uses are breath, movement, stillness, conscious presence, human touch and awareness. She isa also in connection and channeling something I can only describe as the pure unconditional love that we are all made up of and should run freely in all of our veins.

  • Kristina Manpriya

    Tantra and Potential Psychology Therapist

In her Tantra Therapy, Kristina uses therapeutic massage in addition to conversation, visualization and breathwork to reprogram what limits you so that you find your way back to yourself fully and achieve more inner peace. She is passionate about helping you listen more inwardly and find the courage to be more authentic in your life through full acceptance of all that you are! She welcomes the parts of you that you yourself condemn and teaches you to love them as equal and important parts of who you are here to live out. The body's natural ability to heal itself is thus activated and your innate gifts can flourish! Kristina also offers guided self-development practices in the form of courses you can do independently in your own home.

  • Anand Raj

Kundalini Yoga Lead Trainer, Yoga and Psychotherapist and Karamkriya Consultant

In his background he is a Karam Kriya consultant, the yogic science of numerology. He has the experience of two decades of Yoga and Yoga Therapy, working with groups and individuals.

In his therapeutic sessions he will tune in to your personal life situation and guide you with a conscious conversation and the adequate modalities through your healing process. This can include yogic exercises, meditations and breathing techniques as well as individual expressive modalities like painting, drawing, sculpturing or enacting. The combination of physical as well as creative techniques makes it possible to reach and resolve subconscious patterns and trauma with the aim to become more self aware and to establish a new conscious attitude to live and its challenges.

  • Salila Gyanjot

Craniosacral therapy, Vibrational Medicine, Yoga therapy or individualized training

Salila wants to help you get in deeper contact with your essence and self-healing powers through various forms of healing and bodywork.

By activating your own resources and life energy, she can help you get in touch with the wholeness of a problem or trauma. When we experience that the stress around a trauma is reduced and we get in touch with our wholeness, we get more physical and mental energy to solve problems such as migraine, ME, concussion, anxiety, depression, exhaustion, or diffuse symptoms caused by stress.
