at Northern Light Yoga

Welcome to "Breathwork Deepening".
The program runs over three weeks, and emerging courses are set up on the following dates:

(Both immersions will be held at Northern Light Yoga, Rosenborggata 9 in Oslo)

Breathwork

Breathwork is a remarkable practice, which with the support of your very own breath provides what is often described as a miraculous experience of healing, transformation and self-discovery. Structured like this - over three consecutive weeks, it becomes a place for a leap in your development. A place to digest life's many complexities and a safe space to get to know the great potential of the breath and the body's forgotten intelligence.

This immersion is tailored so that you can take full advantage of the fruits of the practice - both those that sprout momentarily while you breathe, and those that mature as you integrate the insights into your daily life. The intention of offering Breathwork in this format is to create an atmosphere where people with an appetite for healing, personal transformation and spiritual awakening can be supported in their process. The style of Breathwork offered in this immersion is known to be softer and deeper than other Breathwork types.

In this circle, all the challenges and potentials you see in yourself are fully welcomed. Designed to support experienced breathers and curious newcomers alike, the immersion is one of the cornerstone practices of The Art of Breathing - an ecosystem of practices for the awakening of a heartfelt humanity in our anxious and alienated times.

On all dates, the program runs from 18:00 - 21:00.

Investment: NOK 1,888

If you have financial challenges and want to participate in the deepening, contact me and we can talk about a solution.

This specialization is led by Magnus Jonas

Over the past 15 years, he has studied the human condition, and immersed himself in several directions and practices - always with the breath at the center. Magnus Jonas has studied classical tantra, Ayurveda and craniosacral therapy - modalities that strengthen, support and make the Breathwork experience functional as a way of being human.

For me, Breathwork is about filling the body with life force, which leads to an expanded consciousness. The technique Magnus teaches in this course helped me to get a good grip on my own energy and helped to open stress-blocked energy channels, to a deeper extent than with similar work I have done in the past. I experience Magnus as a down-to-earth and honest person with solid wisdom in the field, which gives great security in the position he holds. I am deeply grateful for the medicine and the lessons! "
