Haridev: Hi, this is Haridev!

Kristina: And I'm Kristina Manpriya!

Haridev: We teach Kundalini Yoga on the weekends at Northern Lights. I teach on Saturdays.

Kristina: And I teach on Sundays.

Haridev: So why do you like Kundalini Yoga?

Kristina: Why do I like Kundalini Yoga? I like Kundalini Yoga because I find it very powerful and very effective. I also love other types of yoga, but this is the most powerful and effective, like shifting from one minute to another. That's why I like Kundalini Yoga.

Haridev: I agree. It's very similar for me.

Kristina: And why do you enjoy teaching Kundalini Yoga?

Haridev: Because it helps me so much too, and I feel like it helps you feel better, and very quickly. It helps them to connect with themselves and to feel more empowered in themselves as well. And more relaxed, and more peaceful. And all of the above.

Kristina: Yeah, and I want to add to that, that I really love that Kundalini Yoga allows you to more easily feel your spark, the essence of you, so you can get more in touch and feel yourself more. So come along!
