What makes Kundalini Yoga different or special?

I think that's the intention. Everything we do, we do with intention. But we really have the awareness of the intention that we set. When we practice Kundalini Yoga, we tune in with a mantra, and that mantra defines the intention.

With this mantra, I connect with the inner teacher. I connect to the power that makes life pulsate. The power that makes creation happen. That power, that is the source and origin of wisdom and all blessing and healing.

So, putting myself consciously into that intention makes everything that follows what we call a 'kriya' part of a process of understanding, healing, renewal, resolution, unfoldment... and the purity of that intention is what makes Kundalini Special yoga.

The purity in which you set your intention, to the unfolding of your own potential, guided by your inner teacher.
