What is Sadhana?

Sadhana is understood as a discipline, a spiritual discipline, a regular practice. But in fact, sadhana is more than that.

Sadhana is the oxygen mask you put on yourself so that you are able to breathe, live, share, help. That's what sadhana is.

Sadhana means that you establish a structure in your life - hence the discipline - and you establish a structure, time and space, where you dedicate yourself to yourself. Where you come first. And if you don't have that deep connection where you put yourself first, you can't be available to the world around you.

Sadhana means to give your soul a home, to have a structure, a discipline, where your soul comes first, and from there everything else follows.

That's the miracle if you have a regular sadhana.
