Kundalini, a mystical force, is said to be dormant at the base of your spine. Sometimes translated as the creative potential, or the potential of creation, it is both.

It is the creative potential, the origin, the power that makes this universe pulsate, and it is also in you.

But it's also your power, it's your creativity. I'm an artist and a musician myself, and we in our team try to bring that creativity into education, to teach you, to challenge you, to encourage you, to bring that creativity into your life.

I believe there is an art to living, like there is an art to practicing yoga.
