SAT NAM

What does that really mean? SAT YUM.

The SAT is the truth. NAM, is often translated as identity. It is as if you are saying, 'I am the truth'.

Well, I like to say: SAT - the vibration of infinity. NAM - here and now.

So, SAT NAM is the way I bring the infinite truth into the here and now. And each of us is unique, is a unique individual expression of the ultimate truth.

SAT NAM - this is the highest practice of kundalini yoga. To remember every breath. Breathing in SAT, connecting to the ultimate truth, which has no form, no shape. To breathe out, anchoring that truth in the here and now, into every step, into every gesture, into every word. To give that ultimate truth an individual expression.

SAT

NAM

Breathing in SAT. Exhale NAM. Step by step. Breath by breath. Until your mind and soul merge completely in that vibration.

It's kundalini yoga - simple as that.

If you are interested in walking that path of truth, experiencing the miracles of that path, and the deep transformation that comes with practicing kundalini yoga, you are welcome to join our training.

SAT NAM :)
